Diploma: Architectural Draughting

This course will enable you to understand the Application of concrete, Steel, and Timber structures, Geometry and Construction Terms and Drawings, Local Authority Submission Procedure, Professional Practice and Procedure, and Using Drawing Instruments.

Duration

The programme duration is 24 months minimum.

Career fields

Successful learners will have a solid background to work in the architectural draughting environment. In addition, learners will have opportunities for further learning to engage in more advanced architectural draughting fields of study. Certification

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a Diploma: Architectural Draughting.

Admission Requirements

Grade 12 (Std. 10) or equivalent or the INTEC General Draughting Certificate or minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
