Higher Certificate: Hotel Management

During your studies, you will do Communication and Mathematical Literacy, Introduction to Hotels, Guest Relations, Front of House I and II, Accommodation Services, Hygiene, Purchasing, Control and Catering, Food and Beverage Studies I and II, Hospitality Management I, Security and Maintenance, Hotel Law, Hotel Accounting I, Catering Theory II, and Introduction to PCs using Windows 7.

Duration

The programme duration is 36 months minimum.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive your Higher Certificate: Hotel Management.

Admission Requirements
