This Skills Programme is part of a SABPP accredited full qualification, FET Certificate: Human Resources Management and Practices Support, SAQA ID 67463, NQF Level 4, and has been designed to provide learners with an understanding of Human Resources training and development and to equip learners with the necessary knowledge on legislation that governs this field in the South African business environment. The programme gives accessibility and flexibility to employed, self-employed and unemployed learners. It is a basic programme in HR training & development and will be of value to learners who would like to pursue a career in this field or business owners who require fundamental educational, training and development skills.

Duration

The programme duration is 84 hours on a part-time basis.

  • Human Resources Training Co-ordinator

Certification

Upon successful completion of the programme, and if the learner is declared Competent in the PoE, the learner will receive a Damelin results letter outlining the unit standards covered and Damelin will apply to SABPP on the learners behalf for the Skills Programme in Labour Relations: Part of SAQA ID 67463 (Credits 28) to be awarded.
